Doug Mitchell - Founder
Doug Mitchell is the Founder of TQS Inspections, Inc. and brings more than four decades of experience in quality assurance and quality control inspection for industrial construction and fabrication projects. His expertise spans power generation facilities, chemical plants, refineries, bridges, and structural steel projects.
Doug has extensive experience implementing QA/QC programs and ensuring compliance with industry standards including ASME, AWS, API, ANSI, ASTM, and AISC. He has served as Project Quality Control Manager on numerous large-scale projects and regularly leads pre-fabrication coordination between clients, vendors, and suppliers.
Doug is highly experienced in welding qualification programs, reactive metals fabrication—including titanium, tantalum, and zirconium—and FRP/RTP equipment construction. Over the course of his career, he has also authored quality control programs and manuals for fabricators and constructors, helping organizations improve inspection practices and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

With over 15 years of experience in the inspection and construction management industry, Megan has built a career centered on operational leadership, client relations, and project coordination within complex industrial environments. She began her career at TQS, managing office operations and serving as the key liaison between employees and clients, ensuring effective communication and seamless project execution.
Throughout her career, she has overseen the procurement process for bids, proposals, and invoices while supporting field operations across a range of industrial sectors. Her work has contributed to successful project delivery on mining sites and inspection services within the petroleum, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
Now serving as President and Co-Owner of TQS Inspections, Megan leads a woman-owned, family-operated business specializing in construction management and inspection services. In this role, she provides strategic direction, maintains strong client partnerships, and continues to support safe and efficient project delivery across highly regulated industrial sectors.

Erin is a client-focused professional with more than 15 years of project management experience across multiple industries. Her leadership approach prioritizes safety, quality, and operational integrity—ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while protecting people, assets, and the environment.
As the Chief Operating Officer of a proud women-owned business, she plays a key role in guiding inspection and construction management projects with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and long-term client partnerships. Leveraging her strong business and advisory background, she specializes in organizing, planning, designing, and executing large-scale projects that require coordination across multiple stakeholders and technical disciplines. Erin specializes on strategically pairing inspectors and construction management professionals with projects based on their experience, relevant standards, and the unique requirements of each client.
