Caldwell Canyon Mining Project
- Supported Fast 41 Transparency project by providing construction management services supporting phosphate mining and rail loop installation. Also provided quality management and inspection services for plant build-out.
Bayer Eloy Seed Expansion
- Performed inspection of shop fabrication and testing of seed drums
- Provided construction management for electrical services
Molycorp Minerals Project Phoenix
- Performed all vendor surveillance.
- Performed testing of soils and geo-testing, concrete, FRP EQ, piping, pressure vessels, and structural steel.
- Worked with the San Bernadino County, CA building authority to manage permitting and compliance.
Abengoa BioEnergy BioFuels
- Managed the quality program under direction of Abengoa Quality manager during ground-up buildout of a prototype Biorefinery.
- Managed all inspections and inspection teams and contractors throughout the fabrication.
- Performed vendor surveillance, in-plant inspections of vessel installations, welder qualifications and testing, weld inspections of all piping, arranging all 3rd party NDT, Film Interpretation, Boroscope of ~6500 welds throughout the plant, and PMI (Positive Material Identification).
Monsanto Muscatine
- Performed piping installation inspections and nutrient inspections
- Field erected API tanks
- Performed scheduled maintenance of MONU Isotainer tanks
Bayer Big Dicamba
Performed vendor surveillance of high-level project equipment with in-plant coverage of equipment deliveries and shipping damage inspections.
